Here, the losing team will soon be fighting amongst themselves over who should be fired.

Also, please welcome aliyah101, who is replacing cheekypeter for this boardroom and the next as one of my aides whilst Peter is away, welcome aliyah!

Well, this week, you guys had to come up with a campaign to try and launch a new star, by focusing on their target audience and really working to make a plausible and credible artist.

Both team, I think, did do a great job, and I think everyone should feel prouyd of this task. Before we get started though..

Team Footprint, how do you feel the task went?
Good team leader?

I think that the task did go quite well. The team were certainly organised & we were all ready for the 3pm deadline.

The task went brilliantly for us, we got everything finished on time and, we think, to a very high standard

Carlisle was also a very good team leader, he delegated well, did his share of the work and was overall, very good.

I think the task went well and the team leader was great, expecially today when we were finalising everything and putting it together. There was a lot in this task and we wanted to make sure we covered all aspects.

Seems you all seem happy with the task.
Did you have many problems with it? Feel you did better than the other team?

I think the task was handled brilliantly, everybody did there fair share of work and we got along really well.

Carlisle was a brilliant team leader, he knew what he was doing and what tasks to hand out and he was just a good team leader.

I don't think we had problems at all in this task, we knew what we had to set out for and what we had to do in order to benefit our chosen artist... I do feel that we were better then the other team but it was an extremely strong week for both teams.

I think the other team did an excellent presentation but there were some areas where we were ahead. In the promotional section, we had a promotional video, which we uploaded to our own YouTube channel called Team Footprints. We also had the script for a tv ad, an album with track listings and cover and release dates for future singles.

Actually no, I don't think there were any problems with the task itself.

I honestly couldn't say whether we did better or not - I'd say it was very close, though.

Nope, we didn't have any problems at all I agree with Mary that definitely, in some areas (and in my opinion, many areas), we were ahead. Still very close

Ok, well I expected both teams to probabaly think they will do better aha

Hermes, how did the task go for you?
Obviously, you had Batman. be unavialable, and Poth for a majority of the task, so this is more for Gav and Ana but good team leader?

Yep! From the time i was there she was brill

I feel that the task was fairly bumpy for us - Seth was unable to participate through no fault of his own, and Poth pulled out halfway through, leaving us with only two team members.

However, I also think that Gav and I pulled together excellently - Gav contributed really, really well to both the brainstorming and the writing sides of the task, and he was the one who came up both with Florrie as an artist and with the idea of focusing on artsy/fashion promotion, which IMO was one of the strongest parts of our campaign.

Ana was a fantastic team leader, I couldn't have asked for more. She was organized and creative, and allowed ideas to flow about, but she wasn't afraid of doing hard work herself.

Obviously, you both had a lot of difficulties, but, as I asked the other team, do you feel you did a better job?

Obviously I needed some Personal time after my Godmothers Husband dying but From what i saw she was brill x
