Hey guys, sorry i'm late to this! This is my honest opinion:
Hermes targeted their market perfectly, they used magazines to appeal to their strengths, and built up their artist in a very realistic manner. I think they had a better campaignin in that they had more of a focus in their target audience. Yes Footprints had the video, and an album but it’s not about doing things they weren’t really asked to do, but about meeting the brief. Also I was unsure of the content of their 8 week diary, which i found a little unrealistic i.e. using every promotional event possible, whereas the other team started off small to build up their artist to a point where they would pay her to appear. There was a lack of structure and focus. Sorry guys.

I agree with what aliyah said, I felt their focus was slightly better and their diary did seem slighlty more realistic

I think that in this task, he put in the least amount of work. We really worked hard putting everything together and put in a lot of effort with the promotional and diary sections. We even took into account whether a show was live or pre recorded. We didn't just decide to throw in any show.
It's unfortunate that we lost but I am still proud of the work we did and if I get fired, I'll be sorry to go but won't feel like a failure.

I had to ask you MULTIPLE times to do things, even as simple as proof reading and editing.
It didn't help that, despite you attacking Pothuthic in the boardroom last time for having school, you were only on for about 3 hours at most throughout the task.

That wasn't my intention at all... I didn't mind that you reverted it, I even told you too yourself, I apologized for the way I worded it and you said that was fine, but obviously now we are in the boardroom it's a totally different story.

That was last week, I don't know why you have to bring a totally different and irrelevant comment into this boardroom.
From the very start, we brainstormed acts so we came down to the final decision of Cimorelli.
I then evenly divided everything up, including to Luke. I got him to do important market research, listing magazines, tv shows & so forth and he came back with barely anything- and this was after having to ask him repeatedly!!
Three tasks down and the only thing he has done is do a poster, which was not considered very good at all.

I did the press release.
Tyjet and myself both did the promotional section.
For the diary, we each did two weeks and then someone else edited it, to see if it could be improved upon. Luke's edit was discarded. I then put them in order and did the formatting.
For the evaluation, myself, Carlisle and Tyjet took a section each.

And in response to the other post, I am entitled to bring up things from the past which have direct correlation to your actions of this task. You proved to be a hypocrite in that retrospect and I do feel like in hindsight you are the weakest of our team and therefore deserve to go.

Now that is a lie, I told you specifically what TV shows and what magazines I thought would work, I gave you at least 6 music magazines to think about which you totally ignored.

Okay maybe not fine, but you said I don't feel the lacklustre comment was okay or words to that extent and I was like fine you can take them out... so why you need to suddenly start going all, let's make Luke out to be lazy and irresponsible so Lord Sugar will fire him... I know your intentions.

Can I just mention that, it looks like I didn't ask Luke to do much, however that was mostly because he was NEVER on!! Other than for a bit yesterday afternoon, he has done nothing.
The evaluation, I originally intended to split 4-way with 200x3 and 150x1 but alas, we did that on the last day and he wasn't here AT ALL, other than a 15 minute space to wish us luck!!
He also disappeared last night midway through I was discussing the plans for the next morning/early afternoon. Managing a person who disappears every other minute is much harder than it sounds, I can assure you.
