The evaluation, I originally intended to split 4-way with 200x3 and 150x1 but alas, we did that on the last day and he wasn't here AT ALL, other than a 15 minute space to wish us luck!!

He also disappeared last night midway through I was discussing the plans for the next morning/early afternoon. Managing a person who disappears every other minute is much harder than it sounds, I can assure you.”

Do you feel he distracted your team too much that it affected the overall performance?

I posted them twice... one while the conversation was quiet as well so I don't know why you didn't see them.

Well me and you are extremely different then.

Do you feel these magazines were specific for your target audience though?

I wouldn't say that distraction was an element in his overall performance.

He just was never here. He was a liability which is why I do believe he should be fired.

Everybody else worked incredibly well & I am very proud of what the rest of us have done, even if in the end it wasn't enough to win.

I don't recall Luke mentioning ANY music magazines at all.

BD, can I ask, who do you think should be fired?

I've looked in the msn chat history and have only seen it once. So I'm not sure where you posted the second lot??

Luke isn't a trouble maker. He wasn't distracting us but it was frustrating to not know if he would be there. It's hard to split work if you can't rely on someone to complete it. In the end it got to the stage where we just got on with things ourselves.

I will say, you did a hell of a lot of effort and you should be proud of yourselves.

One thing to say is, the album you produced was not mentioned in the brief, what made the decision to include an album?

I do feel that 'Q' amongst the other magazines would have been great for our target market, Q hype up a lot of upcoming artists and I have a lot of teenage friends who read Q and a couple of the other magazines I put forward.

We just wanted to do something extra which we hoped would help us win.

We really wanted to think outside of the box. I didn't really think it'd have a bearing on whether we won or not, since it wasn't included in the brief.

However, I for one, really did feel as if the more we put in to our plans the most realistic it would be & also more importantly how passionate we are about Cimorelli (who I admit I LOVE) and how much work we put in to the entire project.

Oooooohhhhhhh we giving our personal opinions ????

Not sure ya want mine though

Anyways I dont think its fair that you are here. Any of you I prefered your presentation, which was put forward in a very effective BUSINESS like manner. It was easy to read and understand and the work you all put in to it shown through to ME.

I feel in a five year plan your act would have out sold the other act 10 fold. Sure it has a shelf like but as far as I am aware this is a business competition and yours wouls simply earn more money, was more organised and was better put forward for me.

As you can tell I am very mad this is my opinion and why I am not going to attack any of you as you all did an amazing job working so hard and Carlisle was an amazing PM.

Probably my last show here as honesty isnt always the best policy but I have had enough today take it or leave it just my opinion. From a business, marketing, commercial and personal point of view!

Obviously the other three are going to target me here and say I deserve to be fired, so I don't know what I have to do in order to keep myself in this process but I am actually going to say that Carlisle should be fired, yes he may have been a major help in this task but he was very direct with me and when I asked even the simplest of questions that weren't stupid but you could easily ask I didn't get the most uplifting of responses in the world and I do feel he should be the one to leave, but I don't think my opinion would probably matter at this stage Lord Sugar.

I agree with that. Without the extra touches, the presentation would have just been a huge block of text. It is easier to visualise things if you have a few extra bits. We thought that they really brought the campaign to life.

I'm sorry, but that is a ludicrious statement!!

Why are you lying? :S

I answered every question you made and not once did I put you down or try and make you feel like dirt... I have supported the team since Thursday (and each of my teams before that...)

I can see where you are coming from, the only worry I have is that it would take a way time from doing work mentioned in the brief.

It seem everyone feels Luke should be fired, do none of you see faults in each others work then?

I'm sorry Elaine, but i disagree with this completely. We're not measuring this on "long term success" or "commercial success" that wasnt the brief, the brief was about launching your artist, it required strategy, and that is what Hermes did successfully, well I feel. This task was about the process, and I felt as though Hermes got the process spot on, as did Footprints to an extent but in comparision there was a lack of a target for a specific market.

I also feel you should give rory a break, we all have opinions here and as does he, it's not about him disagreeing with you all the time, he took everything into account when making his decision.

It came that way where I was sitting Carlisle, you may not have intended to make me feel like dirt but on an occasion or two I did feel that way.

In hindsight, I don't blame the other two. Although the work we did cannot be seen as perfect (I don't think much can honestly be perfect in the short time we have to complete the tasks) we put in a great amount of effort and it is a shame to be in this situation fighting for our lives.

With respect, the only fault we've had so far is that the promotion was too unrealistic. If we scaled that down, then less work would have been required, not more. None of the extra work we did took away from the time we spent doing things required by the brief.

I'm not giving up Lord Sugar, I don't quit, I've never quit I just feel that these three have made it out that I should be fired despite me trying to prove that I am a worthy contender on numerous times.

I also think, considering this is a game and that we were told to assume any tv show or anything wanted would have us, realism shouldn't be an issue at all.
