I think the storyline would have been hugely different if they didn't cut it short and give into the moaners and complainers. I think it was going to run for a while until Sam Womack said she was quitting. Then I think they had to shorten it but it all changed when the pressure to bring the storyline forward even more made them edit and cut EVERYTHING and left us with utter drivel and a rubbish storyline I'd rather forget actually.

Oh don't even go there about Kat forgiving Ronnie, as if that would happen

Not bad, Thursday is definitely an hour long special and YEEEESSS Kat does indeed slap Ronnie in that episode too, about 2 months too late but still better late than never Cannot wait to see that!!! I hope she gives the cow a good old fashioned Kat slap. I would love to see Alfie punch Michael though, he deserves it too but at least Jack does it! Not a bad week in store. What i dont get is BK said he knew Sam was leaving in May so how could the storyline of carried on longer anyway? Still i agree totally unsatisified with the whole thing, I thought it would of been brilliant, turned out to be a mess.

When it happens next week you have to screen cap it for me Hayles Daran for all the stuff we said about him in the beginning has really come into his own in Eastenders and his writing is fabulous so I definitely would have been happy if he'd written the episode too.

I'm trying to remember the last Simon Ashdown ep he wrote and I didn't like it, there was the episode that centred around Dot that I HATED, it actually gave me a headache and I didn't like the Kat/Dot scene in it either Did he write some of the ep's AFTER the baby swap reveal? I remember thinking some of the writing around then was crap too. Ah well we'll just have to put our trust in him and hope he comes up with the goods.

I honestly couldn't give a shit what ANYONE and I mean anyone, on this forum, on twitter anywhere have to say about Kat slapping Ronnie. Its been a long time coming, Ronnie's lucky that's all she's gotten from Kat. Kat's done worse to people who have done far less to her and the people she loved so Ronnie's gotten off lightly.
