I remember reading a Jessie interview months ago where the mag asked her what Kat will do when she finds out what Ronnie has done(this was before the storyline was changed) and Jessie's answer was something like: "I don't know but I wouldn't want to be in Ronnie's shoes when Kat finds out." Even Jessie expected Kat to go ape shit and beat the living crap out of Ronnie. Like we've said Kat's done a whole lot worse to people who have done far less to her so a slap is nothing in the grand scheme of things. Not to mention in reality if this happened to you, you would be baying for the person's blood. I know I would and I wouldn't stop until I got it!

Yep Daran wrote that amazing ep where Kat went to visit Jean, the best ep Kat wise and writing for her since her return. It was beautiful actually, sweet yet heartbreaking and we finally got to see into her mind for the first time in months Kudo's to Daran for that ep, I hope we have him writing for her loads in the future <3

If this storyline had happened in Kat's first stint in EE I think Kat would have probably killed Ronnie or left her for dead. She was ferocious during the 5 years, even in her last year in 05 where Kat seemed to grow up and mature an awful lot she still had a fiery temper and she wasn't afraid to use her fists. One example was the Molfie reveal, she dragged Little Mo all the way across the square, smashed up the entire kitchen, pushed Mo causing her to hit her head, kick a chair at Alfie and then fired a bottle of vodka at him smashing it everywhere Now that was EPIC Kat Slater <3

Then we had her terrorising Chrissie and Sam after Zoe left. Kat was actually scary in some of those scenes. "I swear I will rip you to pieces" - had Sam grovelling and sniveling like a terrified child on the floor of her flat.

She also let her fist fly at Dennis when him and Sharon came back and Zoe told everyone that she was pregnant with Den's baby in the Vic. Before she blurted it out Kat went mental at Dennis and she ended up punching Gary wasn't it? LOL.

Sorry I just rambled on, but my point was Kat had really matured in 05 but she still had elements of old Kat in her, characteristics that would never leave a person no matter how much they grew up; like a temper and the ability to fly off the handle and be violent when necessary, sometimes even unnecessarily so. So for me that's why the Ronnie/Kat confrontation didn't work AT ALL nor do I believe Kat would ever forgive Ronnie for what she did.

Ah yeah I remember that but for me I thought that kiss was a bit forced really, they didn't even have their arms around one another or weren't even close. It was like "yeah Michael blah blah"......"okay"......*mwah* kiss and then Alfie walked away No face touching, hair touching, arms around one another, no closeness, nothing. Stupid kiss really!

I love the Molfie reveal ep, the way Kat reacted was just so her and how you'd expect her to react, and how amazing was Jessie I remember my Nanna recording it and showing my Grandad the ep because even she was that impressed with her and my Grandad never watched EE but she made him sit and watch it

LMFAO you're Nan is my fooking hero Hayles Hahahaha that sounds epic. Its blates something I would do you'd just never expect it from a Nan to do, good on her. But that is the power of The Wallace, when the writing and storylines are good she can give a performance that'll blow you away. Some of the scenes in the Molfie reveal are incredible, Jessie blew that shit out of the water in that reveal. She definitely acted Kacey Ainsworth off the screen that night without a shadow of a doubt <3 The writing was incredible too, I believe Mr Tony Jordan wrote it, not that you needed to even ask you could just guess he did. Class episode <3

Yup Kat back in 00-05 would have had Ronnie there and then, she would have hit first and threatened later not all gob and nothing at the end of it. Not in a million years would Kat ever act like that to someone who STOLE HER BABY

The camera is always f*cked up during Kalfie kissing scenes over the last few months, not that we've had many. But either the angles are wrong, the camera zooms out, or the camera goes blurry and they just won't focus on them kissing. Very frustrating and annoying. Why can't they do that with Phirley kissing, no one wants to see that, making them go blurry would be a blessing in disguise

The scenes for the Molfie reveal were in Sept 05 right? She should have been won Best Actress in the BSA's for 06 really, I know she was nominated but Lacey won And that was back when Lacey wasn't really that popular and hadn't really done anything good in EE yet so it was a travesty she beat Jessie. If Bryan Kirkwood had any sense he'd do everything in his power to get Tony Jordan on his writing team and as a storyline consultant again. The man's a downright genius and Kirkwood's a fool for not trying to get him on board.

I haven't seen Tyler yet, I was supposed to watch Eastenders tonight but haven't yet. I'll watch it tomorrow and give my verdict on him. I've read a lot of mixed reviews on him tonight looks wise and character wise.

The spoilers look amazing for next week, I am so glad Kat slaps Ronnie though it is way, way overdue though Also we finally get a Kat & Janine scene how long's it been - months! However no doubt the moaners will be out in force for Kat upsetting St Alfie again , I do hope that when it says they later makeup that it's not a nod and a smile but a cuddle and full on snog and it's Kat that approaches Alfie to make things right like she did in the episode where they remembered Nana Moon.
