Luckily there's no-one prudish enough in my family for it to be a problem. Puerile is fine by us.
I'm not prudish, I just think it has got boring. They used to try harder to sneak something rude into the show, now they just draw a cock. Lazy.

Me neither but I do agree with you.....put whatever you like on at 9 but it seems like deliberately trying to put stuff in to see what they can get away with at 8:00....I don't have young children but even with my older ones I find it embarrassing ....
I've met jezza at a jag launch & he didn't swear or act like that at all & think it a shame as young kids do like it

The rugby was pointless but loved the Lewis Hamilton drive.

talking about 'rude' bits. My absolute favourite has to be the town called 'Intercourse' in the USA special. I couldnt stop laughing for ages when I first saw that.

And yes I agree the cock this week was a bit rubbish.

What about the car called 'the growler'? Hammond tried to cover it up by talking about 'the welcome mats you may have seen on a girl in the 70s' (which, on Wikipedia, directs you to an article about pubic hair)

But yeah, they need to stop drawing cocks.

I dont remember the Growler clip. I'll have to hunt it out on YouTube.

The best thing about the the American town was just the way that Clarkson sneaks it in. Absolutely brilliant comedy timing.

I still smile when I think about it now. And I usually can't stand Clarkson but I think this was one of his finer moments.

Time to hunt it out on Youtube I think

and while we're talking of favourite moments, the one moment in Top Gear which got me absolutely hooked to the show was the Sabine Schmidt Transit challenge around the German racetrack.

brilliant. The show just isnt the same these days

Here it is: http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=7b8_1311067962

The description is so subtle - "Top gear lads talk about growlers."

I remember that American town 'Intercourse' and luckily that's on YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lzirm6TwcXA

What are James May & Top Gear doing?

All those footballer's wives will now think that Ranger Rover's can actually go off road for real!

Fantastic advert for the Range Rover. They should put that on their website. The car does look brilliant.

I could have sworn that's Richard Brier's voice on the sat-nav.

Richard Briers' last voice-over job on TOP GEAR as SatNav?

I'm sure that I have heard his voice on tonight's (24.02.2013) episode.

Agreed. They need more petrol heads as guests. It's more fun when the guest really likes their cars. Still surprised they didn't get Bruce Willis as a guest considering he took part in the last episode.

I enjoyed that. I never laugh at anything (I'm just sad) but I had a smile on my face with the old ladies in the car
