That doesn't answer why you told the team to stop last night though? If you were busy all day you'd think you'd want to do more in the evening to catch up?

Real life is Real life

but..........

You should have given your team perhaps clear direction to find these items the night before or anytime you could have ?through pm or msn or any mean necessary ?

I just want to point out here that your exact words were 'I actually think weve done enough'; you didn't mention anything about continuing the search.

Ok I see

Well, from you and Ana, I'd like to know who you both think is responsible for the failure of this task?

From memory - and I'm sorry if it's slightly incorrect - I found the plane ticket, the album, the TV, the book, the kilt, the swing set, and the Rolex. I think Luke found the Jagermeister, and he also found the Bon Iver ticket, but I improved slightly on his price. Poth found the mirror.

From watching I can tell that Ana was the one who was looking and asking me and rory questions, Poth was good on Night 1 however he seriously slacked yesterday..............

I believe from what I saw she was the most influential team member in fact a lot of the time she was on her own !

Most of the time the boys were no where to be seen

Ana it seems like you did a majority of the work this task, I got PMs from you and you submitted the final list I believe; you said before Poth seemed to almost run out of steam, did you feel you had to carry his weight for the team?
And did Seth do anything??

I don't think the blame can be assigned to any one person here. I do think Poth was lacking in his strategy, but he probably put more effort in - at least at the beginning - than Seth & Luke. Seth provided some good ideas, but I don't think he really did very much? Luke tried to put effort in, but he was busy with IRL stuff during much of this task.

Yep, Ana did do the most and If we had of won this task it would of been down to her.

Well one of your team members has managed to provide one.

As i asked the question I will summarise for you, Lord Sugar.

So, noting the improved Bon Iver price, it looks like this -

Ana - 8 items
Poth - 1 item
Luke - 1 item
Seth - 0 items?

Anyone on the team want to confirm or dispute this?

Without meaning to sound arrogant - yes, I would say I probably did most of the work. I tried to keep in contact with the other team members, but it was difficult to do so, esp. as they all had a lot to do IRL during the day. (which obviously isn't their fault, but it's a contributing factor?)

Seth was having internet problems on both nights, which made it harder for him to communicate with the team, but I do think he could have done more.

If you found the swings, I don't remember that (though I'm sure you're not lying), but I don't think you found them for free? The book you found didn't fit the specifications, and it was more expensive than the one I found.

As I've said, you did put effort in on the first night, and I was really pleased with that, but I don't think the effort really continued throughout.

I was about to add that they were were not the ones we used in the end.

I thought Ana found the book and swings?
Also people telling you to slow down? You're the team leader! Obviously you listen to your team but if you felt like you wanted to go for it no one would stop you..

It did definitely seem this way. In your opinion, do you think Poth is strong enough to lead a team?

That kind of implies that you lost because of her too in a way lol .... That would have been a good win for her but she really pulled your team together when you were the pm I never saw you give direction or lead. I did see you jump in and look but it left your team quite confused on more than one occasion !

Should say I think ana did an amazing job I really think three team members let her down. She did amazingly well to come as close as she did to the other team almost single handed

I did say that I wanted to get some prices on night one then take day two to improve the prices if my memory is correct.
