I think he has the strength of personality (and the enthusiasm) to lead, but I don't think he has very much direction? He did suggest that we could concentrate on the Rolex and the Jagermeister (which to be fair, we might have found cheaper) but aside from that, I don't think he really had any strategy for the task?

Ana, if it were up to you though, who would be fired? I know you have said all three had faults, but who do you think should go the most?

I think the fact that no one knew what they were supposed to be doing and Seth and others asking on many occasion definitely spelled confusion to me ................

This is a really tough one. I think if I were basing it on this task, I would fire Seth, since he didn't really do anything at all. He does have a decent record, though, and he was a good PM in the first task.

If I were basing it on the game as a whole, I would probably (and I hate to say this) fire Luke, because I don't know if he has enough time or enthusiasm for this game. I really don't want him to get fired, though.

I totally Agree with Ana, Luke or Seth, I would fire Luke though because he has been here every week now and has not really Contributed in any of the 3 tasks i have worked with him for.

Hmm, well Luke, I have asked for you EVERY week to step it up, and last week mary really gave you a break because you were literally seconds from being fired, but Seth too has done nothing this task, and after a great task, I am wondering if you are beginning to fade from the competition...

I do take a little bit of responsibility but not much as Luke and Seth were to blame unfortunately

Poth, I think you need to defend that statement a bit more, I mean, you were the PM, you did well but still lost, and seem to have made these crazy decisions like telling the team to stop way before the task was over?!
At this stage, I am wondering if you are strong enough to continue because you have some tough rivals and have been in the boardroom three times out of four...

I said I was fine with what we had but if there was any more we could do please add it, I am Strong enough to carry on, I am improving every week and next week i should be on top condition, I don't think this task was one I could do to the best of my ability.

Haha couldn't it be said that a strong P.m. could carry out the task hindered by team mates or not?

I would also like to say that although Seth wasnt on much sunday night he may not have been aware his team were meeting ??? as it wasnt untill quite late on that Ana or Luke I believe asked did he know about the task ??? and your response was *I dunno* or Wtte ??? it was only them with the suggestion from Ana who noticed he was on DS and suggested you P.M. did he appear ???

A good P.m. would have acted sooner and made sure his team Knew what was needed of them so for me you should take more than a little bit of the responsibility ........

Why not to the best of your abaility? Because of an exam? Because at the beginning when I said you were PM you seemed very pleased to be PM...

I think the task wasnt one of my Strongest points, I was happy at being PM But then remembered that the two days was my Birthday and my Drama exam which lasted 8 hours and i was exhausted by the end.

Look, I'm sorry to correct you, but I have the logs right here and you didn't say anything about adding to the list. You specifically said to me that I had done enough - which I appreciate, but I actually found the Rolex & the TV after that point.

And you did state at the start of the task that it was a great task for you & that you'd be in your element. Are there any tasks that you can do to the best of your ability?

There is, I would of done better as pm in say the Brochure task or the Show task, This one wasn't really strong, I said that you had done enough and I was trying to give Luke and Seth some things to do because they had not done enough.

Poth, I understand wanting to give everyone the work, but clearly Seth and Luke were unavialable and Ana was not, trying to get two teammates who were unavialable to do things when you have someone like Ana willing to do more seems like a bit of a poor choice?
