This. "I Gotta Feeling" and "Missing You" on The E.N.D have an identical intro. He always uses the same beep beep beep beep beep bassline.

The opening few bars of Lola by The Kinks and Under The Bridge by the RHCP are very similar, I think.

The first few times I heard California King Bed by Rihanna on the radio, I thought it was October by Evanescence (an obscure song from their early days, not likely to be played on the radio) - they sound quite similar.

How about

Muse - Uprising
Take That - Love Love

Which are both of course influenced by the Doctor Who theme

Ke$ha's 'The Harold Song' and Katy Perry's 'Teenage Dream' sound pretty similar... (I think they were produced or written by the same person or something along them lines)

You Can't Hurry Love and Maneater (Hall & Oates)
I think Maneater and Stevie Wonder's Part Time Lover. In fact I seem to think Hall & Oates were looking to get some royalties over it

Both songs sample Patrice Rushen's "Forget Me Nots" to some extent.
