Josie was too strong for him and wouldn't buckle under his constant "I am right" so to teach her a lesson and went home.”
BIB In my opinion this is a very strange thing to say. It is not up to any of us on an internet forum of all places to suggest that the love that 2 people once shared didn't mean anything just because it has ended.
When my marriage ended in divorce it didn't mean that the love that we had previously shared didn't mean anything.
Just because I found a new partner quickly doesn't mean that the love that I shared with my ex didn't mean anything.
Both John & Josie have been cutting not only in the written but the spoken word.
