Miserable mongo Melody needs to be fired! She moans, has a voice that makes you want to throw her or yourself off a cliff and doesnt do all that much.

Sralan probably quickly figured that out of the three in front, Zoe is one he couldn't work with no matter what. He probably loves the challenge of taming Melody. Zoe had done it quite well, which was very good to watch... but now Sralan needs to do it.

She is fit. I would employ her- she knows what she wants, and she gets it.

I hope she wins. She is amazing.

Sorry no. If i was banging her I would have to gag her or else I would be running from the police on a homocide charge. Even when gagging her, her moaning would probably still drive me insane.

Annoyingly inflexible. Once she has her mind set on something, she will try to manipulate the situation to get the outcome she desires, even if the feedback indicates she's wrong. Very arrogant and stubborn.

However, in her defence, she was right about suggesting Zoe go to the manufacturers, and she was right to specifiy a target market to the buyers. Those two calls saved her.

But Zoe said she wanted to go to the manufacturers and the rest told her to get stuffed!!! Thats the hypocrasy!

I thought it was the other way around? Either way, I don't remember anyone being told to "get stuffed" but I do remember Zoe basing her decision on who she prefered to work with (rather than where her skills were better suited).

So if she lied and cheated under your employment, you'd be OK with that because she's 'fit'?

You should rewatch the show then and you'll see when Zoe states right off the bat she wants to go to the manufacturer because thats where her skills lie.

I've already conceded I could be wrong on that, but it doesn't change the fact that Zoe wasn't persuaded to pair off with Susie, it was she herself who made that decision because she didn't want to work with Melody. It was her own fault for allowing personal feelings to interfere with strategy.

Melody is quite sexy. I do like her voice and she does the sad puppy eyes act quite well. She can do the vulnerable "Lord Sugar, I wasn't to blame" well even though she's totally ruthless!

I wouldn't be surprised if Sugar fancies her a bit.

I think Melody is being saved only to be savaged at the interview stage - remember Baggs the Brand.

I think the sad fact is that AS likes her.

At this stage in the competition, when he chooses his teams, he has to make sure that there is one person on the team of 3 that he is happy to lose and 2 people on the team of 4. He was obviously happy to see the back of Zoe and clearly wants to keep Tom and Melody. It baffles me to be honest what he likes about Melody, but I think it's clear he does like her and he's not just keeping her for the show.

However, it could just be that he only has 2 on his shortlist, and he just has to make sure that thoae 2 are always on seperate teams..

Hmm - I'll have to re-think this one!

I like her.

She is a strong, independent woman who has actually been able to create a very successful business.

With a show like The Apprentice, you have to take these people for what they are- caricatures. The whole show is incredibly manipulated through editing anyway, so we never get a true picture of the candidates, just the dramatic moments from the producers to ensure interest and ratings.

I think with her determination and obvious intellect she would be successful at a lot of things. Of course she has weaknesses ( stubbornness) but she is inoffensive enough and quite a character.

That does seem to be the general mentality amongst many of the men on this particular forum.

I think LAS likes her for now. I did notice that Karen brought him back down to earth a bit when she said they have to watch Melody as she seems to not get on with quite a few of her colleagues.

Melody actually had me rooting for Zoe this week

I mean, I like Melody's ruthlessness and she's very entertaining to watch, but she would be an absolute nightmare to work with.

What I found hilarious was that last week she was basing her pushing of the teapot on "four people" (and even that's a bit dubious from what we saw!) but this week she decided that the focus group of ten wasn't a sufficiently large sample size to make the decision, simply because they didn't like her idea...
