Melody looks down her nose at a sample of 10 but last week...

..she was going on constantly about the "MARKET RESEARCH" she had done on about 6 people in a metro station regarding a car product. She's an annoying cow and I want to slap her into next week.

It's clear that Melody rates the quality of her research groups opinion based on whether they agree with her.

I'm so glad Tom was there to witness the focus group's reaction. Otherwise, I'm certain Melody would have returned with news that the participants were raving about her popcorn idea!

Yeah, and didn't she end up saying the exact opposite of what the market / metro research people were saying anyway? (That the carseatsack thing was a good idea.)

She'll change her tune in a blink to get what she wants.

She's unbelievable really, could make it to the final but won't win.

The only opinion that ever matters is Melody's
How can anyone else's opinion mean anything when Melody knows everything?
And if you think that you have an opinion of your own, you will probably find that you are mistaken as Melody has your opinion for you.

She pretty much lied about the market research last week anyway, I'm pretty sure most of the respondents were enthusiastic about the car-seat - and it was only because Leon couldn't understand a word they were saying that she got away with it.

She'd probably have tried to pull a similar stunt again this week if she had half a chance.

I want melody to make it too the interview stage because that is going to be some interesting viewing. Either she will get found out or she really has done all she claims and I'd be interested in hearing how and what she has done. But I also want jim Tom and Susan there too but I want Helen to make the final.. Oo decisions

If Leon had been there it would been a case of "sorry - I don't speak welsh".

Leon made too many excuses for not putting himself in, but how do you figure this? I think Leon was demotivated and seemed uncomfortable.

Agreed with this, and I am a fan of Melody.

Melody has a bad case of confirmation bias, and she's very inflexible. It's good to go with your ideas, but take a little time to ponder if they actually work.

Having said that, her drive is a big plus for her. She always puts effort in, even if it's not always well spent.

That's true - and then Zoe would have been fired for not over-riding her on that decision. I fear Melody's there till the bitter end now.
