The first one i really got into was The Police, then it evolved into Iron Maiden then Bruce Springsteen & the E Street Band.

The two artists I was really into when I was growing up and (in my opinion) were at the peak of their careers were Kylie Minogue and Britney Spears. Nowadays I don't care for them much as their music has become very weak and they seem to have lost whatever they had back in the day but I still care for both as artists, especially Britney. I feel defensive of her and feel like I want her to do well despite not liking anything she has released since her break-down.

I remember hearing Eurythmics, Madonna, Queen and Simply Red from my parents and liking some of their songs when I was really little. The first song I can remember listening to on the radio (I've always liked Radio 1!) is Enya - Orinoco Flow.

The first poster I ever had on my wall was Jason Donovan when I was 7, then I got into Roxette (I have one of their Greatest Hits albums!) and Right Said Fred (the first album I ever got).

At age 10, I first got into Take That when I saw them singing "It Only Takes A Minute" on Top of The Pops - almost 20 years on I've got all their albums and all of Robbie's solo stuff.

When Robbie left Take That and when they split up, I was around 13 or 14, Boyzone were becoming what I called "the in thing" so I'd moved on to them before Robbie made it big as a soloist.

I also remember liking Spice Girls and All Saints, and some indie bands like Blur, Oasis, The Verve and Space during my mid teens (my best friend was into Space and she got me into them!)

Apart from Take That, I now like all different kinds of chart music

Mine were Steps (was kind of made as a member is one of my family), 5ive (loved Scott), S Club 7, Boyzone, N'Sync and 911.

I loved cheesy pop and still do! I still remember all the dance moves and lyrics to every one of those groups!

Thanks to the 90's I own over 300 CD Singles which I can't get rid of!
