Surprised there's nothing on telly about this today.
Jim was a great singer, The Doors are a great band.

The Doors and Jim were great. He seems to divide opinion more than most ''Icons'', but he's a Legend to me.

Is the 3rd today? Oh..it is.

I just thought you were really behind with the news.

I love The Doors btw. I shall be playing them a bit later.

I love Jim. For years I had him on my ceiling watching over me.

Big fan of the Doors. Yes, I am a bit surprised there's not been much in the media about the 40th anniversary of Jim's death.

Two and a bit years ago on February 3rd 2009 there was quite a fuss made about the 50th anniversary of the death of Buddy Holly, so maybe we'll just have to be patient and wait until 3rd July 2021 before a similar fuss is made about Jim Morrison.

Ray Manzarek and Robby Krieger apparently visited Jim's grave at Pere Lachaise on Sunday and spent some time with fans lighting candles.

I still play their music from time to time, especially Strange Days (sans Horse Latitudes, obviously)
