HELP on converting video to .rm to play on Nokia 3660

I have tried loads of thing. I got Nokia Multimedia Player and when I save the file in it, it saves to .rm but only saves 12 seconds of the clip. I got Realproducer which is good and converts the full length clip to .rm but when I put it on my phone it says "unable to paly clip".

Has anybody successfully been able to convert files to .rm and played them on their phone. Can anyone suggest any conveting programs (apart from Nokia PC Suite).
