According to PRS for Music, Taio Cruz's 'Break Your Heart' is the most played British song around the world:

I'd love to see who's on the rest of that chart!

I'd be more interested in the most played British song not featuring a tacked-on US rapper in order to secure urban radio support, to be honest.

I don't think you both get it - 'Break Your Heart' was written by 100% British songwriters..

The fact that it was sung by a US rapper has nothing to do with it..

It's like 'All The Lovers' that Kylie sung - 100% written by our songwriters.

So we do have something to be proud of!

It's the talent behind the successful song - not who lets gas come out of their mouth!

Taio Cruz a US rapper? Am I missing something?

Taio is British, but Ludacris, who was featured on the US version in order to secure urban and rhythmic radio support, etc, is a famous American rapper. If it wasn't for his inclusion, the track would likely have not caught on as much as it did, as it was really the radio support that made it (and really Ludacris who allowed for such radio support, at least initially).
