All US premiere dates are now confirmed. Premiere week begins Monday 19th and the majority of shows will launch in that period.

[LIST][*]The CW kick things off with 90210's return on Tuesday 13th at 8pm followed by the new Sarah Michelle Gellar vehicle, Ringer, at 9pm. Their new reality block follows on Wednesday 14th (H8er and Next Top Model). On Thursday 15th, The Vampire Diaries and The Secret Circle premiere. Only the Friday shows (Nikita & Supernatural) launch in premiere week. Gossip Girl & Hart of Dixie kick off on Monday 26th.
[*]NBC will use America's Got Talent again. Parenthood premieres Tuesday 13th after the performance show. The new Wednesday comedies (Up All Night & Free Agents) are usually to air in the 8pm hour but will premiere in the 10pm hour on Wednesday 14th after the AGT results.
[*]Fans of Chuck have to wait until Friday 21st October when it and Grimm premiere.
[*]CBS will have 2 hour long comedy specials. How I Met Your Mother from 8-9pm on Monday 19th and The Big Bang Theory from 8-9pm on Thursday 22nd. Two Broke Girls (usually Mon 8.30pm) is getting a Two and a Half Men lead-in for its premiere. Stretching The Big Bang Theory out to an hour means that new sitcom How To Be A Gentleman doesn't launch opposite the first Thursday X Factor and gives a guaranteed lead-in to Person of Interest at 9pm. How To Be A Gentleman and Mike & Molly premiere in their usual slots on Monday 26th and Thursday 29th.
[*]ABC are also going for 2 hour long comedy premieres. The Middle and Modern Family will fill 8-10pm, providing steady opposition to X Factor and a reliable lead-in to Revenge at 10pm.
[*]FOX hold Terra Nova until Monday 26th with a 2 hour premiere. House fans have to wait until Monday 3rd of October for its return in the new 9pm timeslot.
[*]X Factor is 2 hours on both Wednesday and Thursday of premiere week (21st/22nd).
[*]It's a 2 hour Grey's Anatomy premiere, so Private Practice returns on the 29th.
[*]ABC's Tuesday comedy hour waits until Tuesday 11th October when Last Man Standing gets an hour long premiere at 8pm with Man Up! sliding into the 8.30pm slot the following week.[/LIST]
