Purely by chance I came across this selection of recipes that Gary Rhodes did for Marmite. Now, I haven't tried any of them but it does make you wonder if chefs will do recipes for anything if the money is good enough.

I dunno, but if you can afford a piece of fillet steak then putting Marmite on it (even if you call it Chasseur sauce) does seem a bit of a waste.

I'm sure it's not advocating that you put a thick spread of it on the steak (although some would probably like that) but using a tiny amount in a sauce to give it that extra special twist.
