Hi all,

Looking at the Humax Foxsat HDR 500Gb and I was wondering, does the HDMI provide sound and picture or just picture?

I want to link the device to my AV receiver, an Onkyo, which supports audio through the HDMI cable. I use this on all my other devices to avoid having to use a separate cable for audio and one for video.

Does anyone know if the Humax supports audio through the HDMI or would I also need to use an optical cable for the audio?
