The decision to fire Zoe last week proved controversial and split our users into two. 52.05% of users that participated in our poll thought Lord Sugar was wrong to fire her - do you agree with them?

Lots of Apprentice news this past week. Excited to hear that Margaret is making an appearance this series and looking forward to the episode tonight: in particular Helen clashing with Melody.

Enjoy the show!

Thanks for the thread Andy.

I wasn't sorry to see Zoe leave she would never have made it to the end or much further.

And she was humourless. I like the ones who make me laugh even if it is unintentional.

Love this comment

Hossaini is quick to take control of the task, telling the cameras: "Lord Sugar seems to be passionate about this task, it seems to be close to his heart. So I wanted to put myself forward. Although I don't have direct expertise, it's about good management. I think I'm able to deliver on that."

Good management? Sounds like it will be a fun episode.

I don't do things by half.

If you think I hated Zoe that much, imagine what I thought of Hitler

Hmm. I unfortunately think tonight this will be Helen's first loss, considering the "sneak preview" we got at the end of the last show on Wednesday, showing that Helen wanted to take over from Melody's "floundering" PM skills. I thought it was time for Melody to go on the Paris show, I dislike the blatant lies she told - but I do think she's going home tonight.

Don't be too sure.

The results of these tasks are pretty random at the best of times and even if her team loses it might be one of those instances where Sugar has one of his 'Alzheimer's' moments and sacks Helen for 'undermining' the PM.

He's done similarly daft things in the past and he does seem to have some inexplicable 'thing' about her.

That is true actually, the footage they show tend to fool you when it's time for the results.

Are we thinking another Liz happens tonight, then?

I was gutted when he fired her after her previous tasks in favour of a field of ponies.

It's around this time in the series when I can look back fondly on some of those who have left. We have had some good value for no money competitors this year and some excellent tasks and some unutterably silly moments. I've really enjoyed the series so far. Especially as I don't particularly like any of them. I will be happy whoever wins.

Evening all and Andy, and seems this forum's had an over-haul, or is it some sort of glitch

Thinking re Melody's name, and wondered what sort of a tune was played at her birth. Or is Melody her real name?

Just time to tuck into a few emergency biscuits before the tat-selling begins. There could be tears in Tibet and at the UN tonight.

No the glitches were all on the 1st when they did the overhaul. This is the new improved forum.

I have my wine. I have my chocolate raisins. I am good to go.

Now, are we all ready for them to completely disgrace themselves this evening?

Think you managed to miss last week's uproar over the 'new, improved' forum, outrage so concerted that the majority of changes were revoked within hours! It was just one of those days!

Are chocolate raisins the new popcorn? Do the French drink wine?

I hope so.

It's when they thin out a bit in numbers that the real characters emerge. No one can lurk or hide.

This episode looks very promising. It has all the ingredients of a potential disaster.
