Susan is very good entertainment.

She also has good buisness skills, eg the braceletts sold well,

However, I still think she does not stand a chance.

Yep, I love Susan too, the older women and some of the men have been very underminding to her and real nasty at times, especially Zoe, Natasha and Edna and even Jim a couple of weeks back. But Susan just gets on with it and I liked how she just went out and brought the bracelets and made money on them. She done so much more than Natasha and Natasha only hit out at her because she could see she was using her inititive and her brains, unlike herself!

I would love to see Susan win now!

No, I dont think she is.

I think she has good instincts but she struggles to articulate them when people like Zoe, melody, Jim, Edna are growling at her.
With a supportive Pm or partner who would allow her to express herself, I think she had great potential

I agree 100% I know it's become a trademark of Susan to say "thats so unfair" but the way she gets treated sometimes it really is not fair to her lol, I can now see why she says it all the time.

No, not at all, she is just sticking up for herself and for good reason too! Just because she is the youngest and smallest when anything goes wrong the others take it out on her because they think that she is a easy target!

Shame that they are so nasty!

Susan has nothing to worry about. She has accomplished much in her 21 years then some have managed their entire lives. Any teenager who opens their own buisness and pays of their mother's mortage gets a thumbs up by me.

Susan's only problem is that she's non confrontational. This show will toughen her up and she will learn from the experience

I found Zoe more annoying along with Vincent too (despite being good to laugh at).

I think Susan has more potential than quite a few of the other candidates (despite her obvious flaws and still signs of immaturity). She's certainly tv gold (with that sleeping moment)

She speaks sense, but she's so whiny. She behaves like a 12 year old most of the time, and then hides behind her age as an excuse. It's a shame really because she does have a good, logical brain, it's just noone takes her seriously.

susan so laid back she got 40 winks but nasty Nat missed her operchancity to nail her to the cross.

Susan took inititive and yet nothing was said about it she sold the bling no problem and at a fantastic mark-up 33% i was surprised Nick did not buy some for Karren

her mark up was impressive indeed. Buying at £1.50 and selling it for £5 is superb

I'm disappointed that LS chose to focus on the mistakes of the first day rather than commending her initiative in buying the bracelets.

The sleeping bit was a bit naughty. They edited it to make her look like she wasn't interested in the task!

Yes, it was a shame that this was overlooked and only her negative points of day one was talked about! I thought that Susan done a great job with the bracelets!

Interesting that that got no attention at all. It should have been either been a mistake changing the rules which would count against her - or a very smart piece of thinking and selling which should have pushed her up into the top of the competition.

It seems to have not registered and been ignored - perhaps because Lord Sugar missed it, or didn't know what to do about it - or doesn't want her.

I did like her at the start. She's the same age as me, and she's still a little silly, which I find reassuring.

However, as the weeks have gone on, the 'this is so unfair'ing, 'I run my own [skincare] business'ing and 'I'm the youngest' are becoming increasingly annoying.

She does get a little pushed around, but we also see a lot of her pressing the point, in a childlike manner, complaining about things. It doesn't work when you're three, so it's certainly not going to work on this show.

I also cannot stick another 'oh, I complained about this!' when in the boardroom. She mumbles a complaint at the start, forgets all about it, then mentions it only when on the losing team. If being ignored is so awful, make people listen in a mature way. I can't imagine her winning many business deals if she acts in real life the way she does on these teams.

I think Susan is great. She did well sticking up for herself to Natasha when they got back to the house, she will come out stronger next time. Susie is growing!

I think anyone underestimating Susan does so at their peril she's becoming quite awesome.

I am a fan of Susan, and thought the bracelet idea was going to sink her.

As I said on another thread, I misunderstood the task, as I thought they had to stick to the items that LAS had chosen for them at the start....

Why was Natasha so insecure on this task?. It seemed to me that she was waiting for Susan to question something then lay into/belittle her.

Jim in the house though bottled it big time, as he was more critical of Natasha than Susan, but as others have said, maybe its his maturity that tells him to keep schtum and let Susan take the flack?....

I agree with this. She does use that childish persona all the time (I personally can't bear grown women who act like children but it does seem to appeal to some men, I think it offers them the chance to be protective?).
I think that if you portray this kind of personality (or rely on it) then you cannot also ask the same people to take you seriously when it suits you. A reasonable analogy would be when children grow up, parents often have a hard time believing that they are capable of being responsible and mature because they are used to a dependant person.
If she wants to be taken seriously then she has to develop a more mature persona.

I think it's because Natasha isn't that good, and she knows it. She's only got this far through luck.

It something I've seen a lot. People who aren't competent at their jobs often hit out at other people to cover their ineptness.

It was great to see Susan have the last word at the end.

Susan has already come a long way during the course of this process.

The way she dealt with Natasha at the end of last nights programme was an enormous improvement on the way she would have handled it at the beginning.

Plus she has shown great business instincts not on one but on several tasks.

It's now almost impossible for her not to make the final. If she goes ahead of Tom or Natasha it will be a complete travesty.

When did Melody growl at Susan? I don't remember this.
