I'm usually not fond of her, but anyone being a meany to Melody is a friend of mine. I'm sure she'll get on my nerves pretty quick when she is not being mean about Melody any more.

I think she's getting bitter with old age.

Ruby was brutal, and misjudged the audience a bit there. Felt sorry for Melody (as annoying as she can be!).

Wax is definitely coming across as bitter and twisted. She's a loathsome woman.

Can't believe she's still getting work. Has she ever been funny, or relevant for that matter.

I have this recording, so haven't seen it yet. I went off Ruby Wax when she was on the celeb Apprentice. RB & Vorderman ganged up on some of the others. Mind you it was bit much when Patsy Palmer threw a table at them.......................................... and missed!!

I dont get the hate for Melody and will just put it down to jealousy of an attractive, assertive succesful business woman

You have to big yourself up on this show and be ruthless - as there is only one winner, she has won awards for her charity work, how many of us have done that. She is also ready to admit her faults.

Even though I have expressed my hate for Melody on one task (Paris) I do feel sorry for her and I didn't think she should of went, Tom was the one who should have went! Really annoys me, no backbone at all.

I agree, Ruby was great, all she tried to do was to bring Melody down to earth. Doubt if she succeeded as Melody is far too busy mingling with the Dalai etc to listen to mere mortals like Ruby!

It made me cringe a bit and feel bad for Melody. But then Ruby started being nicer towards the end.

I thought Ruby just came accross as aggressive and a little bit rude to be honest, it was completely unnecessary. Trevor Nelson and the other pannelist seemed quite bitchy too. It was just a bit of a strange episode to watch really - nothing seemed to flow and there wasn't as much humour this week.
