Helen doesn't take criticism well

She was way off the mark with her retail take on things,

Still thought she was right and wouldn't listen.

I don't think she will win and will meet a shock end

It took quite a long time. I suppose it's a shock to the system to be on the winning team for so long. She lost her integrity this week, and if she is as strong as she has shown, she should be picking herself up. Perhaps it's getting tense for her up there in the last few.

She played on her previous success with selling to retail outlets. BUT they were a fluke.

The sale in france was the good product that Susan found and Asda 'pretend' bought the biscuits Jim told a pack of lies about.
Helen is deluded about her own ability IMO

I think Helen has grown an ego from winning 9 times in a row.

Yet, I still think she is the best of the lot.

Helen was taking this "Ive never lost" rubbish rather seriously.

Lets be honest Helen was a backseat passenger for what the first 5-6 weeks of the show. Until she finally stepped up to the plate and was PM herself i couldn't even remember her name.

Don't get me wrong, she has been impressive on some of the more recent tasks and i would definitely name her as a contender to win, but the 9 week streak of wins was a fluke. Helen just happened to be on the winning teams, she was hardly instrumental in those early wins. I would actually go as far as saying had her team lost early on, Helen would have been in danger of getting the boot for lack of contribution. Or as Lord Sugar likes to say "sitting on the periphery" Helen is the classic example of coaxing along in the background until the numbers have dwindled.

Good grief Helen, you really were a lucky girl.

I think Helen is a gambler for high stakes. The same with the rubbish task which she should have abandoned. What possessed her to go to the pound shop we will never know. She works for a large company where I suppose they do this. But its their own money. I cant see LS allowing it. She thought that little retail shops buy big if you bring the product to them to save their transport cost. It doesnt work that way. They any way have to go to buy other articles and are always strapped for cash,. Why didnt she try ASDA. I was surprised that a poundland manager can buy himself. I dont think LS wants her but he may not have a choice. So he will just put her in one of his businesses. I have written I still dont know what her exact job is in Greggs. Similar to Modesty. It does make a difference if you already have started your own company and perhaps even lost money. Susan is definitely the top contender and I can forgive her for thinking one can go round houses. What i dont understand is why didnt they all go to tourist places. That is where these things sell.
I also dont understand LS made it clear you would not be penalised for having stuff over. Sell what you can and order more and forget the rest. Why did they insist on selling the lot. I just wonder what happens if Natasha is not on the losing team. Who will LS get rid of. Tom and Jim were both excellent but again they are just salesmen. Its only Susan who has shown any initiative. I think she would be good to whatever she put her hands to. Unlike Helen she does understand risks. If I was Melody I would have made this bargain with Helen. OK you take over as PM. But if you lose you dont bring me back into the board room. Or you will agree to be fired.
I am sure LS would want Susan she is the nearest to him, but for some reason he cant bring himself to do it.

Yeah, no one else in the history of the world has ever allowed themselves a pat on the back for winning nine times in a row a equalling (setting) a new record.

This is complete nonsense. All you can say is that she didn't appear in the edits. Almost certainly because she was just playing her part in the task in a completely competent manner and did not make any screw-ups.

Again, this is nothing more than speculation.

There were only 3 people on each team. By default they were all in the boardroom in the firing line

When didn't she listen? Who to? There was no-one on the team really arguing against the retail strategy. I don't recall Tom mentioning it during the task.
