Jim is growing on me
Since he got his character assassinated by Karen in the board room, he has stopped being a knob and become more likable to me. His accent also no longer offends my ears.
The this week and the last few weeks he has done well. |

Jim's my favourite once more - not just because he found his form again this week but because Helen showed a side to her I really don't like and she's not as switched on as I thought.

I liked Jim pretty much from the off but went off him for a couple of weeks ago when he started attacking people and talking all that bullshit but he's turned it around these last few weeks and I really like him again now. His selling tonight was brilliant and he had many hilarious Del Boy style lines. Hoping he makes the final two.

I liked Jim from the beginning, even through the dark side because I thought his better qualities shone. I just overlooked all of the bashes he took on here. My opinions of the candidates don't tend to change much through the weeks.

I liked Jim from the start but went right off him for a few weeks. He's back to his best now though, hope he's great again next week. He's hilarious

Jim did come across much better tonight, and it was great seeing that side of him.
However, I still think he struggles with team dynamics (as we've seen in previous weeks), which could prove his downfall in the tasks to come.

I think Jim really is the best candidate. He is smart, amusing, calm and can sell. Though I've always like him I did worry for a while he actually had psycopathic tendancies but I think his dark sideness is really just him dealing with the pressue and lets face it they've all shown much oddness whilst dealing with pressure.
Whatever he shines next to the likes of Natasha. |

He was well edited but I still don't like him. I'd hate to have to work with or for him. (Helen would be worse though.)

I still quite like Helen; I don't see that what she did was so bad this evening as she asked Melody to swap roles up front. It's not like she was bitching behind her back. I think she just wanted to do whatever it took for the team to win and the way she saw it, Melody is better at selling and Helen's better at organising and strategy so why not swap - as unusual as that is in Apprentice-land? But as usual a huge deal will be made of it on messageboards and she'll be made out to be some kind of evil genius. |

And his method of trying to convince his PM was woeful. Natasha was dreadful, but he has fake charm in abundance, no actual professional people skills. He isn't growing on me. I'm Northern Irish and I feel ashamed of him. |

Even though I'm starting to like Jim more, I can't help but think his dark side will come out again when he eventually has to face Shuggs & Co. in the board room. |

I always liked Jim, and I only live a town away! Tonight and last week he sold well and convincingly, and yet didn't get the credit he deserved for these two successes. I really hope he does well, but I can imagine a greatly hyperbolsed CV.

I've liked Jim from the start.
He came across very well on this week's episode. I like his personality, he seems very happy in his own skin, confident but not delusional, and with a good sense of humour. He's also got an abundance of backbone and he's astonishingly articulate and quick witted for an apprentice candidate too The Final Five programme tonight also showed him in a very good light, particularly when they interviewed his wife. He seems to be a decent, good-natured guy, with a refreshing degree of self-awareness. ![]() If I had to put money on someone at this point, it would be him. I'd be astonished if he doesn't at least make runner-up (to Helen, I can't see any other candidate pipping him to it now). |

When I saw the title of this thread I thought: "I wonder if you could get some cream from the doctor for that?"
I have to admit that Jim regained ground tonight. He performed very well. |

I've liked Jim from the very beginning. He had a difficult few weeks in-between, but is back on form now!
