To blame Susan for the 'failure' of the task due to her 'childishness' was absolutely ridiculous. They won that one despite Natasha and I'm with other people on here now. Things go wrong? Blame the easy target. Susan's 'just leave the room' reaction was spot on.

She should have been down on her knees thanking both Jim and Susan for their efforts saving her bacon... They won the task despite her - not because of her.

Susan's actions were all spot on all the way through the task - as were Jim's. Both of them showed that they had got the point sell something, and reinvest the profit in things which will sell and do it again.

Susan's brilliant buy of the bracelets - bought at £1 and selling for £5 or £6 ( and even at the end of the day for £3) was a masterstroke, and Jim's nagging for more stock to sell although sticking with his best selling umbrellas - showed that both of them had got what was required whilst it had completely passed Natasha by - she wasn't even TRYING to sell in the clips we saw - just hanging around the stall or writing in the book!

Personally I don't believe in this 'true colours' thing - people always react differently under different situations, pressures, and stresses. Natasha I think is very insecure, and secretly knows she is out of her depth, which causes her to lash out quite heavily when she feels she is being attacked. Natasha felt threatened by Susan questioning her and so Natasha automatically goes into offense is the best defense mode.

Natasha was a passenger on this task and should thank her lucky stars that her team-mates did so well.

I reckon LS doesn't think much of her, as in the France task he mentioned that she'd got off lightly by not being asked back to the boardroom by the project leader. And this week he was appalled by her decision not to reinvest their profit. IMHO she's toast next week if she's in the losing team.

Natasha was a useless project manager and the reason for the failure of the task. She just got herself upset having a go at Susan because she couldn't sell as well as her. Jim thought she was useless as well when he was getting annoyed about not selling the umbrellas.

Susan irritates the life out of me but Natasha should be down on her knees thanking her for yesterday.

I was 100% positive that they were going to lose and that Natasha was going to go.

It's telling that Alan (oh no, I didn't call him Lord, I may be beheaded! ) removed their winning treat.

She came across as a nasty piece of work, doing very little and blaming someone else when it went wrong.

I'm not actually sure how Natasha has made it this far, she's very out of her depth and really has only got to the final 5 on luck and being on the right teams. In comparsion to the other 4 she is way way behind, even Tom has a bit more going for him than Natasha. It's actually a shame it's not Melody or Zoe in the final 5 instead of Natasha.

Agreed, she deserved to have gone out in the first few weeks.

I think both Susan and Jim have got the measure of Natasha, but more importantly I think Shuggy can't wait to get rid of her.

She had no idea what she was doing last night and looked like a complete novice out of her depth. I was sorry they won as with a loss she would have been toast.

Best bit of the whole show though was when they were back at the house and the realisation dawns on Natasha the she has made the mistake of severely underestimating Susan.

Poor old Natasha is way out of her depth...you can always tell when she is struggling as she comes out with corporate speak bs...very wooden indeed but I do also feel a bit sorry for her.

Ahem....selling duvets door to door and falling asleep during the task did that pass you by??

The duvet covers could have been piled on the table along with all their other goods. With Jim on the same team and not having had much success 'selling' door to door with a loud hailer why weren't we shown who was responsible for Susan selling door to door?

Susan was being chauffeur driven and she answered her phone so there was no problem. Good clip though.

Reminded me of Tuvok in Voyager, suddenly waking up and saying "As you were!"

Instead of sending Susan to sell duvet covers door-to-door, why the heck didn't Natasha have someone shuttling between the Wholesaler and the sales team, topping up the stock that was selling well?

She was worse than useless yesterday. Stupid, nasty and stubborn. I'd have poked her in the eye with one of Jim's brollies. And I'd have sent Jim and Susan on the treat to Goodwood and packed Natasha back off to the house.

I felt sorry for Jim and Susan missing the treat. When we saw Natasha laying the blame at Susan's door after Jim's verbals about Natasha to camera seeing him sitting there mute is when any sorrow for him missing the treat evaporated.

Same I think Jim did a brilliant job last night, its not fair punishing him over Natashas failure

At least Jim is consistent. He has never defended anyone. Only times he did were when their actions involved him. Otherwise, he stays well away from anything that doesn't involve him. You can hear the cogs turning in his head in that clip: "What benefits will I get from defending Susan and pointing out Natasha's mistakes? None. Say nothing."

I have never seen or heard him defending, complimenting or working with Susan and vice versa. He still sees Susan as an insignificant team member and Susan still sees him as someone not trustworthy. The only person Jim takes seriously is Helen. The only person Susan takes seriously is herself.

During the entire task Natasha had being trying to undermine Susan, yeah? To no avail, because Susan kept her energy up, and kept selling, yeah? For me, Natasha DID show her true colours when she blamed Susan directly for the (not really) failing of the task, yeah? She needs someone to blame, that one. Yeah?

wrong.

jim actually praised susan couple of weeks ago in the board room, when she sold £11,000 worth of goodies to a mobile shop.

I thought Natasha handled Susan and Jim brilliant.

She might have been not very nice to them but she didn't once give them an inch for them play their little games they usually try and play with the project managers and as such they actually did a good job with the task in hand.

Natasha is that you,!

No way did natasha manage , Jim , Susan Herself or the task well

Susan and Jim did well despite Natasha,

Jim sold well and nagged natasha consitantly about reivesting, Susan sold well the second day and came up wioth the braclet all by herself which ensured there win despite Natasha

On top of this at the end of the task natasha only thought to blame Susan for the failure of the task when it was flaming obvious that Jim and Susan won that task for her

Well considering the sloppiness of your post I could ask the same question of you!

I didn't say she was a great manager but I think her rude 'I'm not entertaining you' brush off everytime they tried their usual manipulative tricks meant they never worked. Susan wasn't peed off because Natasha was being nasty to her, she was peed off because she wasn't being nasty to her in the way she desires... nay encourages. She likes to be entertained but was just getting single matter of fact delivered statements and then a rude brush-off and it killed her. As such she had no other choice but to get back to work because the drama and confrontation she so loves (so she can play the martyr to it) just wasn't coming.
