Bread Pudding.

i am going to make bread pudding, the one with out the butter .

is this the best recipe to go from.

the reason i am asking is, i dont remember my mum putting an egg in or milk. but i could be wrong.

It is the type of bread pudding that we are familar with in Belgium.
I soak the bread in milk and would add more eggs. I generally use apples, cinnamon and chunks of chocolate.
