So it is as we suspected, not really a job or a "Global" business but a very expense hobby. Also she is only 26 so she has been doing this since she was 16?? as a business.
If you're not able to make your idea make money after this amount of time then it really is time to go home.
It looks like she had some early success and decided to invest her future in it (presumably with someone elses money).
Being successful at a couple of youth conferences doesn't usually lead to a career in itself. You need to have something else to offer as you get older. Skills, experience,a unique idea or qualifications.
And also-
If she can't motivate people to pay her then what does that say about her negotiation skills?
