Leadership & why a man doesn't deserve to win this series

Performance as Project Manager:-

Helen 2/2 = 100%
Susie 2/2 =100%
Natasha 2/2 =100%
(Melody 1/2 =50%) moot point
Jim 0/1 =0%
Tom 0/1 =0%

Incidentally, Glenn is the only male to win as PM this series.

The girls are always up for PMing, often falling out over it - and have proved themselves - whereas the boys seem really scared and retreat when PM roles are being discussed. Decent Apprentice material?

Absolutely agree.

Jim is a real Cautious Carol when it comes to acting as PM. Tom just as much so but everyone is well aware of that.

I hope Sugar forces the boys to act as PM's next week even if it does mean that one of them will end up claiming the glory for something which will probably be someone else's work.

I'd love to see Jim and Natasha together next week. They really couldn't win, could they?

Natasha's fine imo. Ok, she wasn't great this week but it didn't help that Jim continued from last week his needling of her.

I agree, I think if either Jim or Tom get a PM win next week, regardless of the circumstances, there's a risk they'll claim undue credit for it.

Natasha's 2/2 is a real case of lies, damned lies and statistics. She was awful on both occasions.
