A summer of Adam making Metalocalypse noises. Let me clear my schedule.
Perhaps Josie will arrive with this golden key. And subtitles. |

One spoiler turned out wrong, that the couples would be split up and Jordan upset.

This golden key sounds too much like the John and Josie fixes we had to endure
All in all, not a bad start although must we watch Brenchel slobbering all over each other every other minute |

Looks like fun.
Personally I would have had 10 new HGs and just two returning duos. Oh well. |

I think they'd have to be playing for Veto for their duo. So lets say Rachel nominates the Donatos but Dick wins the veto, he would be able to take him and Daniele off the block, and Rachel would have to nominate someone new.
At least this essentially confirms pairs will only last to Top 10 though.

Didn't they say the Golden Key houseguest would not participate in competitions?
I think its a balanced twist. Does the surviving houseguest of each of the first 4 weeks get a golden key? That would make sense since they couldn't really do individual HOH's and vetos. For someone who has watched all of the BB seasons and usually understands the game completely, I don't understand how they are going to work the veto. ![]() ![]()

The HoH is going to be forced to pick uncompetitive pairs (the usual floater types) to try to prevent them getting the Veto.........

Yep, vetoing pairs rather than individuals is the only thing that makes any sense.

Wow, I just realised. The fourth HoH will have a choice of just two couples for nomination, so essentially, the Veto is going to be a play off.
4 will have been evicted, 4 will be immune, 2 will be HoH, 4 will be left. |

Because if a strong pair gets off the block this week, then they will be going all out for HoH next week, when Brenchel cant compete. The HG's will all know it too and know that they would all be safe......

I hope Dick will do his nightly Dick at Night show again, but I am hoping that he has learned to spit less. As much as I like him as a houseguest, the spitting makes me gag.

It didn't specify that, but I'd imagine they'll split at final 10, just before the jury stage begins.

The golden key thing makes being HoH early on much more appealing. Assuming no one uses the veto then there won't be anyone out to get you the following week as one of them has gone home and the other can't compete.

The Golden Ticket Twist is pretty good since it adds the drama that the alone pair can essentially ride out to Week 5 and have to do next to nothing. The first four Golden Ticket recipients can be Ultimate Floaters with impunity. My guess is they will have to play for "Haves and Have Nots" and could go on the slop diet, but that is the worst of their fate until Week 5 when they have to compete again.
The smart players should take their Golden Ticket time to infiltrate all of the remaining pairs and cut deals and spin lies because they'll have little else to work on with all that immunity. Then when Week 5 rolls out and they are again vulnerable they can use all of their intelligence gathering and use it against the remaining pairs. It really is a golden opportunity to play both sides with little repercussions. The Ultimate Floater. |

I think Rachel will nominate Shelly / Cassi. Cassi to be evicted, Shelly gets the free pass.
