Has anyone had any experience with this company? I ordered a docking connector for my iphone and tools to open the phone at the beginning of last week but nothing has turned up despite the web site saying it has been despatched and quoting 2 day delivery. The only means of contacting them is to raise a ticket on there web site which I have done 3 times since Monday as there is no phone number. The web site says they will respond within a few hours but they haven't responded at all to me!
There is someone there because after some hours my repeat tickets get deleted off the account.
I dont mind waiting for the part if there is a problem but to blatantly ignore my enquiries is dam right rude!
I'm just glad I didn't sent my iphone to them for repair!

My advice at the moment for anyone thinking of using them would be 'AVOID AT ALL COST'

Kev.

Just to update, I still have not managed to get any response from this company at all! I would highly recommend that anyone thinking of sending there Xbox or iphone to them for repair thinks about it very carefully! There is no phone number and no email address on there web page, the only means of contact is to raise a ticket which they dont respond to so infact there is no way of contacting them.
I am not convinced that any equipment sent for repair will ever be seen again!

Just an update, the company did eventually contact me nearly 3 weeks after my original order!they claimed they had had a visit from trading standards who confiscated all there IT equipment hence the lack of a reply. They then supplied my dock connector the following day!
But the sarger continues, after changing the dock connector I had very poor phone reception everything else worked ok. After some research on the net I found that many of these "pattern" dock connectors for the iphone sold on ebay and various other outlets have a poor quality aerial.
The fix is to peel the original iphone aerial off the old dock connector and fit it to the pattern connector, thats assuming the original fault wasn't with the aerial! In my case this fixed the problem everything working ok now. Moral of the story dont get your iphone wet!
