After watching the Final 5 programme last night, I actually felt a bit "guilty" for being too judgemental on some of the candidates.

It seems that Tom is the only one who had a better start in life. Well, he's dylexic but honestly you can get a "special consideration" for being dyslexic at school / university.

Meanwhile, the rest of them has somehow an "imperfect" background.

1. Susan - I reckon that her mother was a political asylum or something like that. My boyfriend said that it was also possible that her mother & Susan were "boat people" who escaped China to sail to Australia. There's one photograph that is quite intriguing, a male figure who wears Chairman Mao suit (her father?) I couldn't stop thinking about China 16 years ago when she left it (a very different china from China today).

2. Helen - She did law, and somehow she did not want to be a solicitor. She ended up being a waitress. OMG, her parents must be disappointed.

3. Jim - he obviously had a tough childhood (i.e. mom and dad divorced).

4. Natasha - now I understand why she says "yeah" a lot. She's got this "Cheryl Cole" factor. Born and raised in a council estate.....blah....blah....blah.....

Well, I did create a thread earlier about how undeserving Tom & Natasha to be in the final 5. However, I think this year we have a "complete" set of finalists:

1. Nice Middle Class Boy
2. Lovely English Lady
3. An Irish Man
4. The "Cheryl Cole" of the Apprentice
5. Model Ethnic Minority

So everybody should be happy
