Welcome to the Final Four boardroom of the DS Apprentice.

The interviews have all been posted; the final four have fought hard to show me and the interviewers why they deserve their spot in the Final Two; and now this boardroom will decide who the final two will be.

The boardroom will begin a few moments.

OK, Let's begin

First off, well done to the final four, you went through some tough interviews and they have definitely helped me.

How did you all find the interviews? And how do you think you, and your other competitors, did in them?

I found the interviews quite an enjoyable experience, actually. Some of the interviewers were tricky with their words and that did make things challenging, but I like a challenge. I think I did well in all of them (although my viewer questions could have been longer), along with the other candidates

I initially found the interviews fairly stressful, but I think I settled in pretty quickly, and that after my first interview (with Aliyah), I became much more self-assured. I think I did well overall; I justified my points well and remained calm under pressure. IMO the other candidates have also done really well in them - all of them made excellent points throughout.

I didn't "enjoy" the interviews, but I think my credibility is by and large still in-tact after, and on the whole I'm pretty pleased with my answers. I think all the other candidates answered their questions incredibly well and dealt with some intense questions brilliantly.

To begin with, the interviews were quite daunting. I definitely think going with Aliyah first didn't help because I do think that topic was perhaps the most... gritty of them all. However, all in all, perhaps excluding that one, I feel as if I handled them very well as a whole.

Everybody else was great too, in my opinion. Everybody answered their questions brilliantly and there are definitely reasons why all of us deserve a position in the final 2!

I'm glad you found them enjoyable, but I have to say, I was really disappointed in the viewers question from you, especially as I said do not give a line long answer, and that's exactly what you did. It kinda re inforced the fact that I heard from another interviewer that you seemed a bit...disinterested? How would you respond to that?

I thought you would say they all did well Ana; I definitely can see in Aliyah's you seem quite unsure, but the one other feedback I got sometimes from you was that you can be a bit...pagaent queen like? Some felt you lacked a bit of passion in your interviews, how would you respond to that?

To be honest, I was very busy last night and had little time this morning to do them, which is why they were so small. I don't think I was disinterested at all. In fact, I think if I was, I wouldn't have gone through over 4 hours of interviews yesterday.

I admire all of your willingness to stick up for your fellow candidates, I do find it necessary to point out this is a competition though and only one can win !!!

Show some passion, some of you are seriously lacking passion in my opinion and if you want to make it to the final two prove it to us.................

THIS IS YOUR LAST CHANCE TO FIGHT FOR IT AND PROVE YOURSELF..................

Why should we pick you over the others ? Do you really want this ?

I think at times you did well, it seems, a bit like Ana, I got the feeling sometimes people have said it's like you are answering your questions like you're reading froma textbook as well; I think some also feel you could be slightly robotic, how do you feel about that?

Yes, some definitely seemed pleased with your opinion, but thats what I wanted to address; in Aliyah's interview, you seemed very outspoken towards the other candidates, do you think you went over the top a bit in your opinion of the others?

I don't think I lack passion at all; I've demonstrated my passion for this game throughout the process. I'm fiercely motivated to do my best, and I've worked so, so hard in every single task, as well as in the interview round. I think I might have a more measured approach in my responses than a couple of the other candidates, but I would fight tooth and nail with anybody who suggested that this is a negative thing; I actually believe that it's my rational and considered mindset that makes me a great businesswoman, and also an incredibly strong candidate to win this.

I'm not saying you were disinterested, I'm saying that;s the impression you gave some of us in your answers; everyone also had to go through these many interviews

I also noted a couple of times the way in which he addressed a couple of us interviewers...

I do like your response, but there's one other question I have about this and I think you know this.

You were the only candidate not to pick yourself as the final two, do you not see how that can be seen as a weakness?

I don't think I'm robotic or reading from a textbook at all. I'm incredibly passionate about the competition, and I really do want to win, and I hope that sense got accross. I really carefully considered my answers and I hope that they reflected what I think I've done well in the competition. I don't think I should be penalised for having well-thought out, rational and articulate, hopefully, answers to the questions asked of me.

Throughout the process I have remained 100% honest. Although I did in fact get slightly confused & muddled up tasks in regards to Gav in my interview with Aliyah, I would not say being outspoken is necessarily a negative.

I don't think I was outright criticising everybody, on multiple occasions I did in fact say that Gav & Anactoria in particular are fantastic candidates. I want to show that I am here for business, I want to show that I can fight. I will fight and although they are my friends, in a process like this you can't make alliances or let friendships override your chances of success.

In conclusion, I was quite fair, in my opinion, in regards to the other candidates. I didn't want to come out looking as rude as I possibly did, but the whole purpose of that interview was for us to point out the positives & negatives in our fellow candidates. If I took a backseat and I just complimented everybody, would I have done even half as well?

No, I don't think so. We needed to show our flair & our ability to fight and stick up for ourselves and by being brutally honest I showed my passion for this.

I think the problem was, and that's what I got from one interviewer, was maybe you are trying to be professional and thought out, and that may bve taken in that way, but I do take your point.

I think your passion was evident, and you probabaly were the most outspoken of the four

Another point I have, which is from the viewers question on the thread, you said you didn't know what it meant etc so didn't answer, but could you not have looked up on google or a disctionary what the word means? It doesn't seem that much effort to find out it's meaning...
