Fusion FVRT100
Hello all,
I was thinking of buying a pvr, well the Fusion FVRT100. I have a few questions before I buy this unit. 1) I don’t have an aerial so will the Fusion FVRT100 work properly? 2) I have ntl digital so will fusion work in partnership (I know that’s a piss way of putting it) eg) like can I watch sky sports and tape sky one? 3) Is there any other pvr or dvr on the market that will work without an aerial, tape a station (sky) and watch a different station (sky), cheaper than the fusion fvrt100? I found the fusion fvrt100 for £200 here’s a link if anyone wants it or can find it cheaper give me a link CHEERS FOR HELP AGAIN MA FRIENDS! http://www.doohickeys.co.uk/morea.asp |

There's a forum here for PVR questions and you'd be better posting in that. To answer your questions:
1) No. The FRT100 is a freeview PVR and needs an aerial and will only record things from its own internal tuners. 2) No, it won't record anything from an external source 3) Don't know the full answer to this. Maybe a secondhand TiVo if you can find one (they're not sold in the UK any more) or just a DVD recorder? |
