Recoding clashes with itself!
This is a new one on me. HIGNFY was recording as a scheduled recording. A couple of minutes later the clash warning popped up showing a clash for the exact same programme, both on 102 BBC 2 ENG
![]() I chose to ignore it so allow the Humax to sort itself out. A quick peek into Media revealed there was no failed recording and HIGNFY was recording in its folder. However when I came down this morning the blue light and the clock were showing and I had a run away recording on BBC2 of 645 minutes! Lo and behold there was also a failed recording as well. Pressing stop did not offer a recording to cancel. Had to go into details and select "stop recording". I assume all of this mayhem is scheduling change by BBC just at the wrong moment for me. Any thoughts folks? |

Very strange. It may not be the same but I know the past that on a couple of occasions I have had a scheduled recording for my local BBC1 (NE&C EPG 101) and when I came to play it back it had recorded it from another local BBC1 region (I think NI EPG 957) not the region it was scheduled to record from. Are you sure they were both BBC2 England (EPG 102) - couldn't one of them been one of the other 3 BBC2 regions (EPG 969-971)? Just a thought.

This sort of thing is usually down to the crids. Sadly the box doesn't save the crid details in info so can't go back and look.
