just noticed my bill for july im on contract it says 31.76 ex vat with vat 38.11
my june bill26.68 ex vat 31.67 inc vat may is 26.30 ex vat 31.67 inc vat . ived used no msg internet or calls , when i took contract out it was 31.00 a month . doesnt sound right does it . im with 3

Well surely on the bill it breaks down what the charges are for, irrespective of whether it's a paper bill or an online bill?

Yes, they started charging last month, on 6 June and that is indeed what your extra charge is for.

Yeah they started charging 1p for each report which obviously adds up if you send a lot of texts and have it turned on.

All customers should have received notification of the change - though some customers did not receive the required notification or any notification at all. If you didn't receive any notification I'd say this may be an argument to get the charges waived for this month if you are so inclined, though you may have to argue the toss with them and deal with executive complaints rather than the monkeys in India.

As you've switched them off your bills should return to normal though there may still be a few charges on your next bill to cover the period until they were turned off
