My brother and mother say they don't like salad at all...
It's not just three leaves of lettuce and a carrot shaving or two! (if you do a nice varied kind)
I just don't get it; and how I've slipped certain vegetables into our diets like courgettes, peppers and aubergines for "tasters" just proves how they like more greens than they think they do.
That food group alone has so much variety to it and so many people just fob it off from a childhood of dislike when in reality your pallette changes over time and/or you'll eat them during a roast dinner but not fresh and raw...completely confuses me.
I also can't understand people who dislike ice cream (lactose intolerance I understand; but there are kind alternatives) it's so tasty and refreshing. You haven't had a good ice cream until you have a fruit flavoured one while on holiday in a hot location in europe like italy!

I had a friend like that; ghastly afraid of tomatoes too. But ironically she liked bbq sauce (which is tomato sauce but tweaked if you read the ingredients) I guess some people just live in ignorant bliss.
