T-Mobile voicemail question

When you receive a voicemail message on T-Mobile how come when it says press 5 to hear the message envelope it just tells you the time it was sent but no number but on Virgin it tells you the time and number. Was this a fault or is it unavailable on T-Mobile?

Maybe the number was withheld, or unavailable?

I was actually a tester from my other number, maybe it was withheld though as i think it was set to that for some reason then i finally got it back to normal, Thanks thats probably it.
