Would you please name your favourite supermarket microwave meal. With price and details, why you like it etc

Mine is: LIDL Cod Provencale, 380 gms, £1.79. 300 calories and tastes superb. The Cod is also very good cut, 2 pieces of Loin (!!!!!!), all for just 179 pennies. The Cod is 40% of the meal......

Whats your secret microwave magic meal from the supermarket.

I have to say I do love M&S' Chilli Con Carne. I know it's healthier, cheaper and better to make your own but I find something very comforting about this. Think it's £1.99?

I always buy one for the OH when I'm in M&S. He has a big appetite and it's always a good standby when he gets peckish.

Waitrose do a nice piri piri chicken (but it is just the chicken?) and I can't remember calories or cast.

M&S kiddies cheese and tomato pasta is the only ready meal I eat - it's 260 cals and served with salad and a slice of bread it's fab for lunch!

Asda Smartprice 'Bolognese Pasta Bake'.
300g - 74p.

One of these & a bit of crusty bread it a perfect meal.

I have tried loads of different ones, and this comes out on top everytime. (Although I do prefer it when I put it in the oven rather that the microwave).

I have this infrequently when I can't be bothered to cook.

Asda Chicken Madras + Pilau Rice. Both from the deli section. The Madras is around £3.30 for two good portions and the Pilau rice is about 80p per portion.

They've improved their Indian range a lot lately since they've become 'chosen by you'.
