Idea for "You're Fired" format
Ditch the "celebrity entrepreneurs".
Ditch the "celebrity broadcasters" Ditch the always unfunny "comedians". Just presenter + fired candidate + audience. That way we can see more unseen clips and get better insight from the candidates, instead of listening to self-promoting drab every week from guest panelists. Rant over. |

They could add someone from the business involved in the weeks task and either Nick, Karren or Margaret or one of the finalists from a previous series.
That removes one 'makeweight' but keeps useful insights and allows a few more clips. |

Audience questions too. as true fans we want those awkward questions answered that the presenter just doesn't or won't ask.
Ruby Wax on the otherhand would ask those questions!! |
