How to view remaining minites,texts and data on Vodafone?

Hi Guys

Recently moved my iPhone 4 over to Vodafone from O2 and for some reason i cant find out what minutes,texts or data i have left for the month

The "My Vodafone App" doesn't work, and every time i click on my remaining minutes,text and data on the my account section on the Vodafone website it redirects me to the direct debit page which i don't want GRRRRR

Any idea's and if i have to send a stupid text to find out, whats the number for that?

Thanks, but that dont work either, just tells me to go on the website to view my usage

Thats weird. Just tried it myself and it worked.

you can only use 44555 after you have received your first bill i believe.

about 2 weeks ago!

i will give them a call on the weekend if it doesnt work by then!

Download the 'My Vodafone' app for iPhone. First time you open it, make sure you aren't connected to wi-fi.

Edit: sorry really should have read the thread not just the title :P think the app should work after your first bill. Also it's just been updated this evening the app so should be more stable now.

as others have said you have to wait until after your first bill for the app and website and 44555 to work. Have you phoned 191 and asked an operator?

BoBaDoB and ram jam are correct, you will only be able to get the information through 44555 after the first bill has been generated.
