Phone no longer vibrates for Facebook chat notification on Android

Hey, talking to my friend on my new HTC Sensation on Facebook chat but its really frustrating when it doesn't vibrate when I have a new chat message and the LED doesnt light up either :/ The actual notification still appears in the top left of the screen, it just doesn't vibrate

My phone vibrates for everything else just not that and I'm sure it use to? All the settings that I can think of are set to vibrate so I'm so confused about why it doesn't :/ Anyone know or have the same problem? :$ Also, how do you remove words from the dictionary? Thanks
