I dont want to go into too much detail but i have come across a E-TopUp card and I need to find out who it belongs to. It is a vodafone one. If i were to email Voda and ask what they be able to tell or should i just forget the whole thing?

It is important that i fnid out who it belongs to!

Its not the end of the world to the owner, they can get a new one for free.

You could go and top it up ! Sure the owner would like some credit

Data Protection Act - If it's not yours, it's very unlikely you'll ever find out.

You could do a top-up on it, on the receipt will be the mobile number.

Yeah, that'll get you the number, but you'll not find out who it belongs to without a Police search or a Vodafone employee breaking the law - which, if done on purpose, they are PERSONALLY liable for (They have to sign a contract y'see).
