Orange Contract Question
Hey ive just ordered a mobile phone from orange on contract to be delievered tomorrow(paid 5.99 for early deliverly, which has been taken out), yet i have just checked my emails and have an email from orange saying
Before we can process your order we need to double check some details with you. Please contact us so we can sort everything out. i have email them, but there response was that we will reply within 24/48 hours just wondered if anyone else has had this, and will i still be getting my phone tomorrow?, wont be very happy if i dont seeing as they have already taken the money out thanks to anyone who can help

You'll need to ring them. 0800 079 2000. Sounds like credit referrals are double checking something and they need clarification.
If you don't ring them, you won't get the delivery tomorrow. |

Agreed - will probably be a credit reference checkup. You wont get 'Next Day Delivery' until they can confirm they will give you a contract.

I am surprised it was not done over the phone so to speak during the initial order and confirmation of early delivery. Is it usual for a last minute query to manifest itself?
