Laura and I are well.. had broken washing machine yesterday so I didn't even get on the thread as it totally depressed me that I had to pay most of my money to fix it.

Hi Shem totally agree with your post what a mass of contradictions Josie is I too thought she was moving on but now I think she is far from over it all and as for John nobody knows
Did anybody watch Australia Sunday evening loved it made me cry always a sign of a good film I think

Just catching up over todays posts. Reading Josie s column in OK is very sad, she really isnt over it all yet. One of the things she said about ego-based relationship/love jumped out I think studied this in psychology but dont remember everything so I re read some notes and found this on-line article which explains better than me, for anyone interested and got time - link

I think Josie must be doing a lot of thinking and analysing over what went wrong, understanding is key to resolving her past so its good shes getting some insight, and also some healing therapy. I liked and agree with your post Abbie, leaving issues unresolved makes it less easy to move on.

Muggins i know what you mean ,my washing machine broke and i ha to use the money i was saving for new bed to get another one. my bed is a lumpy hard nightmare but washing comes first.

Yes i did wtch AUSTRALIA, what a lovely film it was too. ive kept it in my favourites archive.
