something i've recently got into, I bought myself a bottle of courvoisier and as much as I love the complexity of the taste I found the initial burn and bite a little too much. do other cognac's have less burn and bite? what's your favourite and how do you drink it?

Spanish and greek brandies tend to have a rather sweeter flavour on the tongue, but don't have the complexity of flavour. Unfortunately this is what people pay the big $$$$ for.

Not a fan of Courvoisier. My favourite would be Hine but Hennessey is Ok too.

My favourite is Hennessey XO which is really smooth.
