what are the chatline models like on Freesat? Are the restrictions the same as on freeview?

If by Chatlines you mean Adult Channels you can exclude them by going into the menu, then under Settings go to Parental Control, enter your pin and then go to Adult Channels and choose Hidden. They will no longer appear.

forgive me if im wrong but it seems like the o/p is wanting to chat to the models rather than hiding them but wants more than apparently freeview can offer
