Is the Final just interviews?

Do we have any infomation on the finals? Obviously as interviews have been confirmed and they are not this Wednesday they will be in the Final, but do you reckon there will be anything else? Perhaps a smaller task.

I say this because Karen said (either on the Final Five or You've been fired) that the candidates had two extreme tasks ahead of them, it seems weird to call the interviews a task. Also, there will only be four in the interviews, so there could possibly be time for a task (is the Final confirmed to only be an hour, or could it be longer?).

According to Radio Times website, it's on for two hours including Your Hired and the interview stage is the only 'task'. I do love the interviews, but as part of the usual format, they are a great build-up to the finale. Won't judge until I've seen it, but can't help but feel the final will fall a bit flat without one big final task.

Thanks very much. I'll wait until I see it, but I am disappointed it is just interviews.

They usually have the interviews before the final task. Don't know why they changed this year. I would prefer if there were no interviews just tasks. LS with all his experience should be able to trust his own judgement, plus he also has the input from Nick and Karen who have been with the candidates for the 14 weeks.

Nooooooooooooooooooo. Not this Sunday. I am away this weekend.

Yes, I know I could record it or catch up on bbci but I like to watch it at the right time.

I thought it had another week to run.

I'd be very disappointed if that were the case. Unlike most, I find the interviews can get really boring. Considering the interview episodes almost always have an extended boardroom segment because of the multiple firings, I find it quite worrying to think that the final is essentially the same as previous semi-finals, but with a two hour show.

Traditionally, in the final task, the two remaining Apprentices are helped by all the fired ex-Apprentices.... is that not happening this time?

There are reports that former apprentices won't be returning for the final task.

it would be genius if the ex candidates returned and the finalists picked a team to help them do a 'mock-up' of their proposal/idea, ultimately pitching 'for real' to the Lord
