Helen

Did 'Tash deserved to be fired, who do you want to win?

Jim to win now

Tom or Susan

If Tom wins he will be the worst winner ever
He has always been in the background never wanting to be team leader or give pitches, only coming up with a few ideas now and then

I think Helen, she will have a killer business plan, and know it through and through.

I don't think there's any way to tell who should win, since we don't know what their plans are and that's all that matters now. If it was about a candidate's performance throughout the series, it would have to be Helen.

Heart says Susan, head says Helen.

We are agreed (for once!).

On the subject of You're Fired, did anyone think Mark Frith was over-analysing tonight? He's usually a very good panlist but he was reading way too much into Jim's motives. Ed was quite right, with only three team members, Susan & Natasha were going to have to work closely together whether they liked it or not. If they couldn't do so professionally, that's their problem not the project manager's.

Yes but Lord Sugar has said he's not interested in Salesmen, but in finding someone who has strong ideas and the ability to develop them. Tom's forte.

Tom has to win.

I have no idea how Susie has got this far, Helen is essentially an assistant, Jim is more of a negotiator.

Fair play to Natasha she came across as much softer on YF.

She seemed like one of the most normal and someone who would probably be a good laugh on a night out

She did look like she had well and truely had enough at the end

BIB: He very much had the measure of him, as did Natasha.

Unfortunately Natasha was beaten by the end, I was always hoping for Jim, Natasha boardroom at the end and said it would have been signifcant.

I was kind of right

I like Helen but I really want Susie Ma to win, she'd be unlike any winner in the past and after all the crap she's taken form the other contestants it's be a great end

Natasha certainly deserved to be fired and it's Susan for the win. She's only 21 after all.

After tonight Jim really looks poor. He should have been fired if judged purely by that task. He was shown up to be someone who likes to be spontaneous, rely on his charm to get out of any mess and has no care for detail and planning. Susan has slipped back too. When she "gets" something she's great but she's wrong far too often. I'd say it was between Tom or Helen, depending entirely on the business plan being proposed.

I'd like Tom or Susan to win but think it'll be Helen.

Alex Wotherspoon. Still my least favourite candidate to date just because of the way he landed Lucinda in the shit after the interviews.
