It was awful looking though, even when Jim proudly showed it to his "front of house" staff.

I just can't understand why they chose Mexican food when they knew nothing about it. It did look awful and they could have presented it better.

I used to work in a restaurant that served some Mexican dishes. They can look scruffy, but they are tasty.

I agree though that they didn't know enough about the cuisine, and the waiting times were too long.
