Poor Natasha had rough time on 'You're Fired'.

Her performance on the task was pretty abysmal, though. I think some of the panellists gave her a hard time because at this stage of the process, they expected a lot more. At least Melody did do more reinvestment than the other team.

Natasha didn't have any come back because there was nothing. She could only say that she was tired. Personally I don't really get why they thought she had been so much better earlier in the series. She did a good advert, and that was about it. Even with the much-lauded magazine she got the tone wrong. They were generous.

It was poor, and she wasn't good enough to go that far. But she seemed a nice girl. Someone that could get along comfortably with guys as well as girls as mates. I don't buy into this cliché that girls have to be ruthless bitches to get anywhere in business. She was tough, but not a total nob. Didn't deserve to be brought down like that, unlike Melody who got an easy ride.

Except she was a bit rough on Susan, and clashed with a few others also.

I think the panelists look like idiots when they give the candidtates a really hard time. I recall Michelle Malone (or whatever she's called) giving Katie a hard time that year. It was ridiculous. It's easy to stick the boot it when you're up there with 2 or 3 other panelists and when you think you have the moral high ground, but in reality you just look like an arse.

Having said that, I think Natasha got off pretty lightly. There were loads of things she could have been pulled up over. I wanted them to show the clip of her blaming Susan for losing last week's task.

I thought she looked unwell. Or maybe she was just pissed off. Whatever it was, she looked mighty uncomfortable.

I think Katie deserved a bashing for the way she behaved that year but I do think Michelle Mone possibly went too far

There's plenty of things Melody could have been pulled up for, her scathing comments about the other contestants, her BLATANT lying on the Paris task among pther things.

I'm not a fan of Natasha, but I think she deserved a gentler firing. Compare her firing to Melody's. Melody did a lot worse, and she was unlikeable. However, LS fired her "with regret".

It's not so much about them being harsh, it's when they don't let up. Last night I got a sense the other two panelists were a bit uncomfortable with the female one at certain points.

Dara, Ed and Natasha looked quite flushed at certain points aswell....

Natasha handled herself really well on You're Fired. For me, I found Ruby Wax's performance against Melody more uncomfortable.

Why should we feel concerned about how these people are treated? It was their choice to apply and they should be aware of what they are getting themselves into including a ribbing from the panel when they are fired. If they can't take it then they shouldn't have applied to be on the show.

That is a spot-on description!

Anyway, I agree with those who say Natasha looked utterly worn-out. Despite having dressed up for YBF, you can still hear the weariness in her voice. The filming of TA happened months ago, of course, but perhaps she found it a very draining experience, and now - having to go back and conduct a postmortem - she just went into shut-down mode?

Regardless, I don't think she had the goods to make it as far in the show as she did and so suffered (energy-wise) because of this.

Rough time?.

Although Sarah Willingham had a few digs at her, it hardly comes under the heading of "rough" as she harped on about her degree, but when it came to it, she was as much use as a chocolate teapot!.

For whatever reason, Natasha on YF simply looked bored with the whole thing, and for once I can agree with her, as YF is a tired format to say the least and adds nothing to TA.

All I can say is thank goodness Natasha has gone......she should have been fired weeks ago.

She was out of her depth the minute the programme started andI thought she looked worn out from day one. She never had any passion to begin with.

By the end of it, she was a bit out of it. Her discussion about the degree she had but had no interest in (?) probably sealed her fate, and the lack of reinvestment was hardly due to tiredness alone - it was not that hard to tell Jim to go buy more umbrellas. However, I think she was OK when she got in character and 'into' the task. Despite some of the editing, most of this year's candidates seem pretty competent outside the show - but it is a high pressure, low rest atmosphere. It's not surprising most people come off better on the YF show.

Poor natasha the walking corporate soundbite girl, everytime she opened her mouth out spilled some boring degree led doctorate waffle, not what SAS is looking for,she came across with no personality ,dour with a poor sense of humour, cannot see how working in the recruitment industry gives her the skills needed..

I noticed this too. I thought either Dara or Ed would've made a joke about her being hard torwards Natasha. I do wonder if it had been another candidate sitting there who had their own business if they would've been treated like that.

I wouldnt have given her a second look by the way she appeared on the show...but she certainly did look very nice on YBF. Amazing what a load of makeup and an hairstylist can do.”

I'll second this.

On the main show I thought she always looked a bit of a rough chav but on YBF she magically semeed to get transformed into a pretty hot babe!
